Conservation Walk

Berkshire College of Agriculture

On Wednesday 30th May, a team of staff and students from Berkshire College of Agriculture are undertaking a sponsored walk from Howletts Wild Animal Park to Port Lympne Reserve to raise money for the Black Mamba anti-poaching unit in South Africa.

The walk is 18 miles to replicate the distance that these incredible women walk daily to protect the wildlife on the Balule reserve of Kruger National Park.

To make the walk even less pleasant, I have agreed to undertake the walk in an 8kg Save The Rhino costume.

More information on the Black Mambas can be found here http://www.blackmambas.org/ and our fundraising page with more information about the walk can be found here https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/Team/Ramble4Rhinos

Thanks for your support
